Privacy & terms
Last updated 17 October 2026 (routes made private)
Summit is a study game: you give it notes, an AI turns them into prompts, and rarer correct answers climb higher. This page says what Summit stores, who else is involved, and the terms for Summit Plus.

What Summit stores
- No account. Your browser keeps a random player id. Summit never asks for your name, email or age.
- Your climbs: scores, the answers you gave and their tiers, your endless-mode best and your review progress. Scores feed the anonymous "how you compare" rankings.
- Routes you make: the notes you paste (and a text transcript of any photos) and the prompts made from them. Your routes are private: they're listed only for you. If you share a route's link, anyone with that link can play it and see its notes. You can delete a route at any time from Your routes, which removes its notes, prompts and scores. Don't put personal information in your notes.
- Counters of how many AI requests come from each player and network each day, kept for a few days to stop abuse. Network addresses are stored only as one-way hashes.
Everything is stored on Cloudflare's servers, which host the site. Cloudflare Turnstile runs a quick bot check when you make a route.
The AI
Your notes, photos and answers are sent to an AI to make prompts, check answers and explain tiers. The AI usually runs on the site owner's own computer and nothing leaves it. When that computer is unavailable, Summit uses Google's Gemini API, and Google may use what's sent to its free service to improve its products, including review by people. Players in the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom are never sent to the free Gemini service.
AI-made routes can contain mistakes. Check anything important against your course materials.
Ads
Summit may show ads from Google AdSense on the home and results screens (never during a climb, and never for Summit Plus players). Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can turn off personalised ads in Google's ad settings, and read how Google uses data from sites that use its services. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first.
Summit Plus
- Summit Plus is a one-time payment (the price is shown before you pay). It gives more new routes per day, the endless climb, no ads and a gold climber for as long as Summit runs. It isn't a subscription and never renews.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Summit never sees your card details and doesn't store your name or email; it keeps only Stripe's payment reference and your Plus code.
- After paying you get a Plus code. It unlocks Plus on up to 5 devices, or again after you clear your browser. Keep it safe: it's your proof of purchase.
- Refunds: ask within 14 days of buying, using the contact details above, and you'll get your money back.
- Features and limits may change as Summit grows, but Plus players keep at least what free players get, with no ads.
Using Summit
- Only paste material you're allowed to share. Don't post anything illegal, hateful or anyone else's personal information.
- If you're under the age needed to use online services where you live, ask a parent or guardian first.
- Summit is provided as is. It may be down, change, or lose data, and it isn't responsible for exam results.
